I have an idea, but not sure how to do the art.  We will work with you and create a custom piece using your ideas.  This is a free service with any purchase order placed.

Once I place my order, what happens?  First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.  Next, we will send you virtual mock-ups of your art on the item you are ordering.  We will ask for approval and then the order will be placed. It is of the utmost importance to approve paper and product proofs as soon as possible in order to meet delivery dates.

How long before I receive my items?  Once art is approved, production usually takes 7-10 business days and shipping usually another 3-4 days.

What happens if I need to cancel my order? As always, we will try to work with you and come to a mutual solution to avoid cancelling the order.  If the order is not yet placed, cancellation can be done. Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed up to the time of cancellation. Embroidered items add $100 for the set up costs of machine.

What are my payment options?  First orders require 50% deposit or payment in full by credit card.  Once credit terms are established, you will be invoiced and payments are required in full net 30 days after delivery. Credit terms should be arranged prior to submitting an order.  Depending upon the credit worthiness, credit terms may or may not be extended.  Contact the credit department for more details.

Where do you ship from? We ship from three US warehouses according to the products and the delivery address.  We always try to search out the cheapest method for you.

What if I get damaged items? We will stand behind all of our products delivered to you.  If for any reason you receive something not intact or damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement or credit. Damaged claims should be filed within 15 calendar days after receipt of the merchandise. For breakage claims, keep the original packaging slip and broken merchandise until claim is accepted by Extended Exposure.

What if I want to buy a large amount of products sent in intervals or the order has to be sent to different locations? We have strategic relationships in place with fulfilment and storage facilities.  There is a nominal monthly storage fee that you will be responsible for. Split shipments are a breeze for us. We are able to coordinate with our warehouses to break down orders into smaller quantities.  A small fee will be added to the bill for this service.

Do you offer custom sourcing?  We strategically work with vendors who have partnered with overseas factories so we are able to source custom products not featured in our catalog. Additionally, we are happy to provide overseas pricing on larger quantities of any item in our catalog providing that your client's lead-in times are flexible enough to allow them to wait approximately 9 weeks for vessel shipments and 5-6 weeks for air shipments.  Almost any item in our catalog can be customized by color or with special print options if done overseas. We handle all of the freight forwarding, customs brokerage, logistics, and financing. Quality is guaranteed. Minimum 90-120 days is needed for delivery.

Are you Prop 65 Compliant? All products shipped by Extended Exposure into the State of California are subject to Proposition 65 ("Prop 65") or The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. "Prop 65" was created through the ballot initiative process and was intended to protect California citizens and the State's.
