How can I send my logo?
You can send it via email or send it by mail on a CD/DVD

• Acceptable artwork is to be submitted in vector format.  Vector artwork is most commonly found in Adobe Illustrator file format (.ai).  In some cases when dealing with a black and white, 1-color logo, a LARGE pdf and/or Jpeg file will work!  (300dpi jpeg required for most ceramic products)
• If you do not have a vector file version of your logo, one can be created for you from what files you do have for a flat rate of $25.
• Exporting or saving the file in EPS format works best in most situations.
• Include copy of all fonts used or convert fonts to paths before sending.
• When sending email, use Stuff-it or Zip-It when file is over 10 MB.
• Mocked up images of the final products (artwork proofs) will be sent to you for approval before items go into production on new orders and designs.

• If emailing large files (10MB or larger) please use yousendit.com to send files up to 100MB for free!
• If creating a custom artwork piece for you where a print or photo needs to be scanned. You can send it by mail and we will scan and create a digital file for you!  (Artwork can be returned upon request)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the artwork is approved, expect 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please contact us for RUSH service or if special assistance is needed.

Are there any other charges involved?
All prices shown in the catalog include a 1-color, 1-location imprint.  There are additional imprint charges if requesting a 2nd imprint location or more than 1 color imprint.  Please call or email for exact prices.

There is a set-up charge of $35 for each type of product ordered, unless stated in the catalog.  Certain products have required special shipping packaging charges, please ask for details.

What is a minimum order?
We have some of the LOWEST minimums around! Exact minimums vary upon exact product ordered, call for details.

Can product be returned?
Imprinted items and some items because of special construction CANNOT be returned. Un-imprinted merchandise may be returned for credit upon written authorization from factory.

Is a discount available for those of Irish descent?
Of course! But we would need to see a full multi-generational family tree.
